Bill Wolfe, Chief Executive Manager

In a career that spans over thirty years, Bill held numerous executive management positions with premier supermarket retailers including Giant Eagle, Ahold USA and Genuardi’s Family Markets. Specializing in marketing, merchandising and procurement, he has either developed or managed several major private label programs, receiving two PLMA “Salute to Excellence” awards for his efforts. His primary responsibilities at International Marketing Partners include the development of products that comprise the company’s brand portfolio as well as guiding the principal strategic endeavors of the company.  

Jud Stover, Vice President, Sales & Marketing Manager

With over forty years of experience in the consumer products business where he served in positions from National Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Jud has developed long-term relationships with key decision makers at many of the nation’s leading retailers. He is particularly skilled at developing focused sales networks that have generated significant sales volumes for manufacturers and retailers alike. At IMP, Jud sets the company’s sales direction, guides the sales team and is the principal point of contact for all of the company’s customers.

Jim Zanotti, Vice President, Product Incentives & Promotions Manager

Jim formed his own marketing development company in 1987, providing consulting services to several of the world’s largest companies including Nabisco, The Vatican Library, General Motors, Target and Warner Bros. Jim and his extensive network specialize in developing, coordinating and executing promotional plans for corporations, associations as well as non-profit organizations. In his capacity at International Marketing Partners, Jim will identify and develop promotional platforms that connect the company’s brands with the strategic initiatives of current and prospective partners to drive mutual sales growth.

Rick Kantor, Chief Operating/Financial Manager

Rick manages one of the largest wholesale and distribution companies in the United States. His extensive experience includes the development of private label products for all trade channels as well as the operation of a major importing business.  Rick’s responsibilities at International Marketing Partners include the management of all facets of the warehousing, distribution and fulfillment network in addition to serving as the company’s principal financial manager and business planner.

Walter Hoelzel, Vice President, Product, Packaging & Design Manager

For over twenty-five years, Walter has worked extensively in advertising, marketing and product development. He is responsible for the introduction of numerous private label apparel programs for JCPenney, Bloomingdale’s, Old Navy and American Eagle Outfitters among others. He also formed a company in 1992 that created private label apparel design for a variety of destinations, theme parks and private retailers. At IMP, he is the principal creative force that conceptually defines the brands and sets the course for their expansion as well as developing entirely new brand and product opportunities.
